Delivery

• Instant downloads: right after your PayPal payment is confirmed you get a download button on the screen, and we email the same link to you. Check your spam folder if you do not see it.
• Free templates: download straight from the template page.
• Services: delivery time is agreed in the chat before work starts and is also shown on each service page.

Refunds for digital templates

Because digital files cannot be returned, all template sales are final. But if the file is broken, will not open, or is not what the page described, contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we will fix it or give you a refund.

Refunds for services

We offer free revisions until you are happy with the result, within the scope we agreed. If we cannot deliver what we agreed, we will refund you for the work that was not delivered. Once work is delivered and approved, the payment is final.
